We have already created content that crossed 1 million views. Now, we are building towards 1 billion views. What you'll do Work across the content pipeline: research, ideas, hooks, scripts, shoots, editing, publishing and performance analysis. Study what works. Test new formats. Analyse failures. Improve quickly. Repeat. The goal: create better content, faster and at scale. Who can apply? No degree. No graduation requirement. No specific experience required. But you must have shown hustle and execution. You could have created content for yourself, a friend, a creator, a company or a client. You could have worked in scripting, pre-production, shooting, editing or post-production. Show us what you've done. Prior content experience is strongly preferred because we need people who can reach publishable-quality execution quickly. We don't have months to teach the basics. We are not looking for someone who is simply “good at Amazon.” We are looking for consumer behaviorists. People who understand why consumers click, compare, hesitate, trust, and ultimately buy. People who understand consumer psychology, performance marketing, marketplaces, and what a brand stands for—and can bring all of that together on Amazon. What you'll do You will work across Amazon performance marketing, while thinking beyond campaigns and keywords. You will: Analyse consumer behaviour and marketplace data. Build and optimise Amazon advertising strategies. Understand how pricing, positioning, content, reviews and competition affect conversion. Identify what is stopping a consumer from buying and figure out how to fix it. Continuously test, learn and improve performance. The goal: grow brands by understanding consumers, not just by running campaigns. Who can apply? You should have marketing experience and experience with Amazon. Candidates who have worked on Amazon Seller Central—whether at an agency or an Amazon brand—are strongly preferred. Marketplace experience is highly valuable. Even better: if you have tried selling your own physical products online, we want to hear about it. That experience gives you a completely different understanding of the customer and the marketplace. Experience in performance marketing outside Amazon, such as Meta or Google Ads, can also be valuable. Degrees are not the filter. Real experience, curiosity and ability to execute are.
